Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Recurring Client System, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments.

When you subscribe to our Service, you gain immediate access to:

  • Marketing systems and funnels
  • Training materials and educational content
  • Templates, scripts, and conversion tools
  • Ad management systems

Since these digital resources are accessible immediately upon payment, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Monthly Subscription Billing

Your subscription is billed monthly at $99 per month on a recurring basis.

Billing occurs automatically on the same day each month until you cancel your subscription.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.

Cancellation Process:

  • Log in to your account dashboard
  • Navigate to "Billing" or "Subscription Settings"
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation

4. What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Immediate Effect: No future charges will be made to your account
  • Access Continuation: You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
  • Access Removal: After your current billing period ends, your access to the platform will be removed

5. No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Example: If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 15 days. However, you will continue to have access until day 30.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing errors.

Common Billing Issues:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Charges after cancellation
  • Incorrect billing amounts

These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolved appropriately.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:

  • Your access to the platform will be immediately suspended
  • Your account may be permanently closed
  • We may pursue collection of any legitimate charges

Please contact us directly if you have billing concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

8. Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund for:

  • The current billing period
  • Any previous payments

9. Price Changes

If we increase our subscription price, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

You may:

  • Accept the new price and continue your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect

Cancelling before a price change does not entitle you to a refund of prior payments.

10. Fair Use and Satisfaction

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. Before subscribing, we encourage you to:

  • Review our service description and features
  • Attend our free webinar to understand what's included
  • Ask questions via our support channels

This helps ensure the Service is a good fit for your business before you commit.

11. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as platform outages, service unavailability, or technical issues on our end), we may issue credits or refunds at our sole discretion.

Any such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
